Guest：Small room size is normal for staying at this price in Tokyo. A twin bed room is slightly bigger. If you want more space, book a twin room. Staffs are nice and willing to help. Clean room. Recommended. :)
Guest：The staff was very aggressive and ask to charge for ￥2,200 for parking the car to drop the luggage off in front of the hotel. ?We found this really strange, my husband said so do taxis pay 2200 every time they drop someone off?? The man finally dropped it when my husband came over to question this. Rooms are very small so if you are carrying a lot of luggage be prepared for a tight fit. Location is average you have to walk about 20 mins to the train station. Better hotels, service and location available further down the road closer to transport. If you have a car parking in this area is very expensive.
Guest：You need to exit from Iriya exit to get closer to the hotel but walk from hotel to Hibiya line Iriya station you will find Unagi restaurant and Gindago tagoyaki shop. The area less busier than Ameyoko that need long queue before you can enjoy your meal.
Guest：Hotel room is small, far from Ueno, about 1.3km, ok if you ok if you are looking for budget, otherwise not recommended for more than 1 person.
